Jennifer James, a single mother who had bravely battled and overcome cancer four times, tragically lost her life when a man named Ebenezer Worku, who claimed to be cleaning his gun, opened fire into her home.
The incident occurred in Berthoud, Denver, when Worku allegedly parked his car outside Jennifer’s house and fired bullets into her residence.
Worku has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently held in custody, awaiting trial. The bail amount set for him is a staggering $1.25 million.
