Four Individuals Charged Following Anti-ICE Protests in Portland

Federal authorities have filed charges against four individuals in connection with a series of protests targeting U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) facilities in Portland. The charges include arson, assault on a federal officer, and depredation of federal property.

All four defendants have been released pending further court proceedings.

Among the accused, Trenten Barker allegedly threw a flare at federal personnel while attempting to barricade an ICE facility. Another individual, August Gordon, is accused of assaulting five ICE officers, resulting in injuries.
