This incident follows a prior case in the same district where a father was arrested for speaking out about his daughter’s sexual assault by a student identifying as transgender.

School Counselor Arrested for DUI at York Community High School

Cathleen Bendicsen, a school counselor at York Community High School (@YorkD205), was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). During the incident, she attempted to avoid consequences by referencing a police officer she claimed to have previously dated. Bendicsen refused to perform field sobriety tests or provide breath samples, suggesting a belief that she is above the law.
